Odom also claims to be possessed by the Graves brothers, who are two disembodied musical spirits from Mississippi. The San Francisco trio performs at 9 p.m. Sunday at the Vaudeville Mews, 212 Fourth St. The Graves Brothers Deluxe has a dark sound, akin to Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, thanks largely to Odom's whiskey-soaked voice. The band has toured with the Loud Family, Thin White Rope and Noel Redding of the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Its most recent CD, "Filter Feeders," was released in 2003. Bearclaw and Yeti on a Budget will open the show.
